Operations & Executive Leadership
Josh Randall, MBA, is an accomplished executive and operations leader with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, efficiency, and profitability across construction, manufacturing, and industrial operations at local, regional, and national levels. He has led organizations ranging from startup ventures to $125M enterprises, with deep expertise in P&L management, process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional leadership. Josh has a proven track record of building departments and companies from the ground up, implementing KPI-driven systems, maintaining strong gross margins, and aligning strategy with execution to scale operations sustainably. His background includes direct experience in manufactured and modular construction, cost accounting, sourcing, and Six Sigma methodologies, complemented by an MBA in Management and a collaborative, data-driven leadership style.

Jeff Courtney brings over 35 years of comprehensive experience in operations, purchasing, and engineering management. With advanced degrees in electronics, mechanical engineering, and optical design, Jeff combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities. Throughout his career, Jeff has excelled in vendor management and sourcing, building strong supplier relationships that drive quality and efficiency. His technical proficiency spans the full product development lifecycle—from prototype design and fabrication through assembly and rigorous testing. Jeff's multidisciplinary background in optical, mechanical, and electrical systems enables him to lead complex design verification and test initiatives with precision and innovation. Known for his hands-on approach and ability to bridge engineering excellence with operational effectiveness, Jeff has consistently delivered results in challenging technical environments.

Chief Financial Officer
CFO with deep experience leading finance and operational performance in asset-intensive production environments. Proven track record overseeing capital allocation and financial strategy for operations and projects ranging from $13M to $275M+, with a disciplined focus on capital efficiency, cost structure, and execution. Expert in standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and production variance analysis, driving margin improvement through lean initiatives, process optimization, and close alignment with operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership. Extensive experience in capital investment evaluation, recapitalizations, refinancings, lender and investor relations, contract and supplier negotiations, and working capital and inventory optimization. Known for translating complex operational and financial data into actionable insights that support scalable growth, operational reliability, and strong returns in complex organizations.
